Spoke reflector. While the conventional "cat's eyes" reflect the headlight only selectively and approx. 80 metre, the spoke reflectors reflect a circular area up to 160 metre, which lets the cyclist be recognised from very far. They reflect also when the light is falling diagonally from behind or from front.
